Cookie Policy — Padel & Poker

Version 1.3 · Effective from 06-10-2026

1. What this page covers

Every cookie this site sets, and everything else it keeps in your browser: local storage and the offline cache of the installable app. The table is complete — if it is not listed, the site does not store it.

2. What is stored

Everything below stays on your device. The only item your browser sends to our server is the dealer_session cookie, and only the dealer ever has one. Your setup reaches us only when the dealer saves it as a template (see the Privacy Policy).

NameTypeSet whenPurposeExpires
dealer_sessioncookie (first-party, httpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax)only when the dealer signs inkeeps the dealer signed in; holds the dealer's email address, the sign-in time and a sign-out counter, signed against forgery30 days, or at sign-out
poker_setuplocal storageas soon as you open the planneryour setup: chips, players and their names, prices, blinds, payoutsuntil you clear the site data
poker_livelocal storagewhen you open the tournament screenthe running game: rebuys, add-ons, who is out, final chip counts — so a refresh loses nothinguntil you clear the site data
poker_editinglocal storageonly when the dealer edits a templatewhich template is being edited (its id and name)until the edit is saved or another template is loaded
padel_setuplocal storagewhen you open the Padel tabyour padel tournament: number of players, format, rounds, the names you type, court and ball pricesuntil you clear the site data
pp_tablocal storagewhen you switch between Padel, Poker and Padel & Pokerwhich tab you used last, so the planner reopens thereuntil you clear the site data
poker_langlocal storagewhen you pick a languageyour language choiceuntil you clear the site data
poker-shell-v2offline cache (service worker)on your first visitcopies of the pages and files you open, so the installed app opens without a connection; never an answer from our server's data routes, so no templates and nothing about the dealer accountuntil the app ships a new version or you clear the site data

3. Why there is no consent banner

Each item is strictly necessary for something you asked for: signing in as the dealer, keeping your setup and the running game, your language, or opening the installed app offline. Storage of that kind needs no consent (Art. 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC; § 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll.). There are no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies, so there is nothing optional to accept or refuse.

4. How to remove it

Signing out ends the dealer cookie. Everything else goes when you clear this site's data in your browser settings — note that this also deletes your setup and a running game.

5. Changes

A new cookie or a new kind of storage updates this page and the Privacy Policy in the same release.
