1. Operator
Padel & Poker is a service operated by We make AI work s.r.o., IČO 29697115, registered office: Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Krajský soud v Brně, sp. zn. C 152497 (the "Operator", "we"). Contact: support@wemakeai.work · https://poker.wemakeai.work. "Padel & Poker" is a product name of the Operator; any relationship under these Terms is with We make AI work s.r.o.
2. Scope
These Terms govern the use of Padel & Poker at poker.wemakeai.work. By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. The service
Padel & Poker is a free tool for running home poker and padel game nights: a chip and blind-structure calculator and a live tournament clock. Players need no account and there is nothing to sign up for; your setup and the running game are kept in your own browser. There is one admin login ("the dealer"), for the person the Operator has set up; the public cannot create one. The dealer can save setups as named templates, and every visitor of the site can see and load those templates — including any player names that were typed into the setup when it was saved. Any "buy-in", "rebuy" or "court price" you enter is money the players agree to exchange among themselves at the table — the Operator is never a party to that money and never collects it.
4. Prices and payment
Does not apply. The service is free: there is nothing to buy, no subscription, and no payment processor is involved anywhere in the service.
5. Digital content and your EU withdrawal right
Does not apply. This clause exists in our standard Terms for products that sell one-off digital content delivered immediately. Padel & Poker never sells anything, so there is no purchase and no withdrawal right to describe.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload, scrape or resell the service, no attempts to impersonate the admin or forge a session. We may suspend access that materially breaches this; where feasible we warn first.
7. Liability
The service is provided free of charge, with reasonable skill and care, "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for ordinary negligence and are not liable for indirect damages or for interruptions outside our control, given no fee is charged for the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Czech law, including towards consumers (§ 2898 Civil Code).
8. Personal data
Processing of personal data is described in the separate Privacy Policy at https://poker.wemakeai.work/privacy, and what the site keeps in your browser in the Cookie Policy at https://poker.wemakeai.work/cookies. Summary: players need no account, your setup and the game stay in your browser unless the dealer saves the setup as a template, and you have all GDPR rights.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service or the law changes. The current version, its number and effective date are always at https://poker.wemakeai.work/terms.
10. Governing law, disputes, ADR
Czech law governs. Courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence (Art. 6 Rome I). Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution via the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), https://adr.coi.cz, or the EU ODR platform https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Built with AI
Padel & Poker is built with the help of AI: the code and much of the copy were written with Claude (Anthropic), and every change is reviewed by a person before release. The service itself uses no AI at runtime — chip plans, blind structures, play schemes and payouts are plain arithmetic — and none of your data is sent to any AI service.
